How to Get Bookings Through Social Media
Maybe your bookings are slow or you just aren't sure how to get any bookings for photography in the first place! These are 3 tips I have for using social media to get more bookings! I have also added caption Instagram stories ideas!
1. Be Consistent
The saying is true that a buyer must see a product at least 10 times before they decide to buy it! You have got to keep showing up on Instagram and Facebook at least 3-4 times a week!
2. Serve Your Followers
Be thoughtful in your captions and try to help your followers! You can be helpful by educating them, inspiring them, or even entertaining them! People will be more willing to book with you when you are serving them!
3. SHOW YOURSELF
Yes! You need to show up in your social media! People want to see you and they will be more willing to book with you if they feel like they know you! Show up on your feeds and on stories! But what do I even talk about on Instagram stories? Below are a few topics you can talk about on Instagram stories!

1. Introduce yourself and talk about what you love about photography
2. Educate them on when the best time of day to do a session is (Golden Hour lol)
3. Talked about what you have planned for the day
4.Show behind the scene from a session or your desk while editing
5.Talk about a session you have coming up and why you are so excited about it
6. Brag on the couples, family, senior you had during a session and what you loved about them
7. Show your favorite place to shop
8.Show your favorite food to eat (Everyone loves food)
9.Talk about something you have struggled with and how you overcame it
10.Ask questions and get people to interact with you
These are all topics you can talk about on Instagram stories! Yes, it might be hard and weird at first but I promise you are the only one who thinks that! Your followers will love to hear from you and be more willing to book with you when you show them you are a real person!
